At the end of the order process, the customer can choose to pay by credit card or other financial instruments accepted by Artlinea Srl and specified on the page: the order is considered confirmed by the customer only after the payment has been correctly received by Artlinea Srl and canceled if the payment is not received within 2 working days of sending the Order Confirmation.
VISA, VISA-ELECTRON, MASTERCARD, MAESTRO, AMERICAN EXPRESS, Postepay. At no time during the purchase process is Artlinea Srl able to obtain information relating to the purchaser’s credit card, which is transmitted via a secure connection directly to the website of the card issuer handling the transaction. No computer archive of Artlinea Srl will store such data. Under no circumstances can Artlinea Srl therefore be held liable for any fraudulent or improper use of credit cards by third parties when paying for products purchased on the Site.
By choosing PayPal as the payment method, the customer will be redirected to the PayPal website when confirming the order. The amount relating to the order will be charged to the customer’s PayPal account in accordance with the contractual conditions agreed between the customer and PayPal. In the event of cancellation of the order or non-acceptance by Artlinea Srl, the amount will be credited back to the customer’s PayPal account in accordance with the timing and methods provided by PayPal. If available and selected by the customer, PayPal’s “Pay in 3 installments” option allows you to split the total amount of your order into three monthly payments with no interest. The availability of this option is subject to PayPal’s approval and the specific terms and conditions of the “Pay in 3 installments” service offered by PayPal. Artlinea Srl has no responsibility for the approval or rejection of the installment payment request by PayPal, nor for the conditions applied by PayPal to this service. By choosing “Pay in 3 installments” at checkout, the customer will be redirected to the PayPal website to complete the transaction and review the terms and conditions of the financing. The approval and management of installment payments are the sole responsibility of PayPal. In the event of order cancellation or refund, the conditions applied to “Pay in 3 installments” will be handled directly by PayPal according to its policies. By choosing Amazon Pay as the payment method, the customer may use the payment methods associated with their Amazon account to complete the order. The amount of the order will be charged to the payment method selected in the customer’s Amazon account in accordance with the contractual terms agreed between the customer and Amazon Pay. In the event of cancellation of the order or non-acceptance by Artlinea Srl, the amount will be credited back to the payment method used via Amazon Pay in accordance with the timing and methods provided by Amazon Pay. Artlinea Srl does not have access to the full details of the payment method used via Amazon Pay, as the transaction takes place directly through Amazon Pay’s secure servers. Therefore, Artlinea S.r.l. cannot be held liable in any way for any fraudulent or unauthorized use of the customer’s payment details by third parties through the Amazon Pay platform. As an alternative to payment by credit card, the customer may decide to pay by advance bank transfer to the bank account held by Artlinea Srl as indicated in the Order Confirmation. In the event of payment by advance bank transfer, delivery of the customer’s order will be suspended until the amount due has been credited to the bank account of Artlinea Srl. The transfer must be made by the customer within 2 working days of receipt of the Order Confirmation by the customer. The amount transferred must be credited to the account of Artlinea Srl within eight working days of the Order Confirmation being sent. Once this deadline has passed, the order will be automatically canceled and will not be processed. When choosing the bank transfer, the following must include I) the first and last name of the person placing the order; II) the order reference number; III) the date the order was placed. In any case of cancellation or ineffectiveness of the order, Artlinea Srl will simultaneously request the cancellation of the authorization obtained and the release of the amount committed. The release times for some types of cards depend exclusively on the banking system and may take up to their natural expiry date. Once the authorisation obtained has been cancelled, Artlinea Srl cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect damage caused by a delay in the release of the amount committed by the banking system.
